Migration Evaluator
Migration Evaluator, formerly known as TSO Logic, is an Amazon Web Services service that builds a data-driven, on-premises cost baseline and business case before an organization migrates to AWS. It remains open to new customers, distinct from AWS Migration Hub and AWS Application Discovery Service, which have both closed to new customers.

- Distinct from AWS Compute Optimizer: Migration Evaluator baselines on-premises workloads that have not yet moved to AWS and projects migration cost, while Compute Optimizer only analyzes utilization data for resources already running on AWS.
